Booking & Scheduling
How do I book a cleaning?
Text us or fill out the form. Claudia will call you the same day to chat about your space.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance for new clients. Recurring clients get priority scheduling and can often book with shorter notice.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes. 48 hours notice and there's no charge.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many of our clients provide a key, door code, or lockbox access. We'll lock up your home when we leave.
What are your hours of operation?
We clean Monday through Friday typically between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We're closed on weekends.
